Molly’s journey to founding Busy Mom Socials wasn’t a straight path, but every step led her here. She started in healthcare as a CNA, transitioned into nannying, and ultimately found her passion in social media marketing. Through her experiences, she saw firsthand how entrepreneurs—especially moms—struggled to balance business and family. That’s where her mission began: helping business owners grow their online presence while reclaiming their time.
What started as a one-woman business quickly evolved into a boutique agency, thanks in part to her partner in crime, Bob Solis. Together, they’ve built a full-service marketing agency dedicated to helping service-based businesses grow through social media, content creation, and strategic digital marketing.

Bob brings the backbone of structure and efficiency to Busy Mom Socials. With a corporate background in operations and management, he has led and optimized teams of hundreds of employees across multiple departments. His expertise in streamlining workflows, increasing productivity, and reducing waste helped his previous company scale from 2,000 to 100,000 daily units in production—a testament to his strategic mindset and leadership skills.
Inspired by the power of marketing and digital influence, Bob saw an opportunity to apply his operational expertise to the fast-growing world of social media marketing. Now, as Operations Director, he focuses on scaling Busy Mom Socials, optimizing client strategies, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and efficiently.
Together, Molly and Bob have transformed Busy Mom Socials into a powerhouse agency, combining creative marketing with strategic operations to help businesses grow with effective, stress-free social media management.
